The organisation provides health advice, diet plans and workout routines with the joint efforts of its team of professionals including dieticians, trainers and health care professionals. What makes Fitness Bell India different from everyone else is the personalised assistance provided by their professionals while giving diet plans, exercises as well as solving queries. My Story

Who can know your struggles better than someone who has experienced it himself. Just an ordinary BBA student who decides to improve his  fitness and it changes his life completely. 


In the year 2017, I Himanshu the founder of Fitness Bell India,  decided to work on my overweight body and lead a healthier life. Being consistent and working hard, I finally got the fitness and lifestyle that I desired. There came many struggles mentally as well as physically in this process, but the outcome of all of this was much more than  I have ever imagined.

 

Working dedicatedly towards my health, I was enlightened with the significance of leading a healthy life. That is when I got the motivation to pass on this spirit to everyone around me. Soon after, I started as a gym trainer and helped people get their desired fitness. Joined hands with a food service company and  handled people’s diet while working on their physique. This passion of mine was not very well supported or encouraged by my loved ones at the beginning, yet my vision was very clear.
